Each individual may hold only one batpk account. Creating multiple accounts — regardless of name, email, or mobile number used — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
Bonuses credited to your batpk account are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Attempting to abuse bonus conditions is a breach of these Terms.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated tools or bots, money laundering, and any form of system manipulation are strictly prohibited at batpk. Violations will result in immediate account termination, legal referral where applicable, and forfeiture of all funds.
Every batpk account holder has the right to set deposit limits, loss limits, session time caps, cooling-off periods, and to apply for self-exclusion at any time. These tools are immediately enforceable and cannot be reversed for set minimum periods.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the batpk platform and must not register an Account or access any of our Services.
batpk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via a notice on the platform homepage and/or via email or SMS to the registered contact details associated with your Account. It is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms periodically.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use batpk. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. batpk implements mandatory age verification procedures and will suspend any Account where the holder is found to be under 21 years of age. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited and deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source.
3.2 Geographical Eligibility. batpk's Services are intended for use by Pakistani residents and international users in jurisdictions where online gambling is legally permissible. 3.3 One Account Rule. Each individual natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) batpk Account. You may not register on behalf of another individual, use another person's identity, or create accounts using false information. Detection of multiple accounts attributable to a single individual will result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals.
3.4 Registration Information. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You are required to update your Account information promptly if any details change. batpk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.5 Account Verification. batpk employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures consistent with internationally recognised anti-money laundering standards. Deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals may be restricted until required verification steps are completed. batpk shall not be liable for any delays in processing transactions arising from incomplete or pending KYC verification.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your batpk Account login credentials, including your password, mobile number, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.
4.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. batpk staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any request purporting to be from batpk seeking your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
4.3 You must notify batpk's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, or if your registered mobile number or email address has been compromised. batpk will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receipt of such notification, but shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access occurring prior to notification.
4.4 batpk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This provides a secondary layer of security requiring SMS verification on every login event from an unrecognised device or location.
5.1 Supported Methods. batpk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC20 network). Available methods may be updated from time to time at batpk's discretion.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit at batpk is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your batpk wallet within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, and Meezan Bank may take five (5) to thirty (30) minutes depending on the transferring institution's processing times. USDT deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations on the TRC20 network.
5.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by batpk's payments team during support hours (9 AM – Midnight PKT, 7 days per week). The majority of withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) hour of submission during support hours, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and provided no withdrawal holds are in place on the Account.
5.5 Payment Method Consistency. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless an alternative is approved by batpk's compliance team. This requirement exists for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
5.6 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and will be returned to source.
6.1 batpk may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered Users. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be stated at the time the promotion is communicated. Those specific terms supplement and take precedence over these general Terms in matters of bonus entitlement.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses credited to a batpk Account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived balance is eligible for withdrawal. 6.3 Eligibility. Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available exclusively to new batpk Users who have not previously registered an Account. Duplicate Accounts created solely to claim a welcome bonus constitute a material breach of these Terms.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry date after which any uncompleted wagering requirement forfeits the bonus and associated winnings. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in its specific promotional terms.
6.5 Abuse. batpk actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: staking patterns designed to artificially meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and exploitation of system errors or glitches to generate illegitimate bonus claims. Detection of bonus abuse results in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
6.6 batpk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion or bonus at any time, including with immediate effect, where it determines that the promotion has been misused or that technical errors have caused unintended bonus distributions.
7.1 All games available on batpk Casino are operated by third-party licensed software providers. Each game is governed by its own game-specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers.
7.2 The outcome of all random number generator (RNG) games is determined by certified RNG systems operated by the respective game provider. Game results are final upon round completion and cannot be reversed except in instances of a verified technical malfunction.
7.3 Technical Malfunctions. 8.1 All sports betting markets on batpk, including cricket, are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type, as displayed within the betting interface. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing bets.
8.2 Odds. All odds displayed on batpk are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. batpk does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain constant for the duration of a betting session.
8.3 Void Bets. batpk reserves the right to void bets where: an event is abandoned or postponed without resumption within the applicable timeframe; a technical error caused an incorrect market to be offered; odds were manifestly erroneous at the time of placement; or an event's outcome has been subject to confirmed match-fixing or sporting irregularity.
8.4 Maximum Payouts. Individual bet payouts may be subject to maximum payout limits which are displayed in the applicable betting market interface. batpk reserves the right to limit stake amounts on specific markets at its discretion.
8.5 PSL and International Cricket. batpk offers comprehensive coverage of PSL fixtures and Pakistan international cricket. Specific settling rules for cricket markets — including DLS method application, abandoned match procedures, and player performance markets — are detailed within the sports betting rules section of the platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on batpk and constitute material breaches of these Terms, entitling batpk to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant Account(s) and refer the matter to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

11.2 Where an Account is suspended for investigation purposes, funds held within the Account will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. batpk will endeavour to conclude investigations within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to the Account holder.
11.3 Where an Account is terminated due to a proven breach of these Terms by the User, batpk reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any or all funds held in the Account, including Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
11.4 You may close your batpk Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon confirmed closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of applicable processing fees) will be returned to your most recently verified withdrawal method. Bonus balances are not returnable upon voluntary Account closure unless the associated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
All content displayed on the batpk platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, promotional materials, software, and underlying code, is the intellectual property of batpk or its respective licensed game providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, batpk, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the batpk platform or Services.
13.2 batpk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, network outages, and third-party service disruptions may affect availability. batpk shall not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability.
13.3 batpk's aggregate liability to you arising from or related to these Terms or the Services, in any twelve (12) month period, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your batpk Account during that same period.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit batpk's liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
batpk collects, processes, stores, and transfers personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between batpk and each User. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept batpk's Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration and account use — including identity documents, payment information, and gameplay history — is processed for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and where consented to, marketing communications. batpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via a platform notification and/or via the contact details registered with their Account, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of the batpk platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 11.4.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which batpk holds its operating authorisation.
16.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the batpk platform, you are encouraged to contact batpk's support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes can be resolved informally within a reasonable timeframe. batpk's support team will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days.
16.3 Formal Dispute Process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally through batpk's support team, the matter may be escalated to batpk's compliance department by submitting a written complaint to the contact email provided in Clause 17. batpk will provide a substantive written response within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
16.4 batpk does not recognise the jurisdiction of courts as applicable to disputes arising from online gaming activity in jurisdictions where online gambling is not legally regulated. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the jurisdiction of batpk's licensing authority.
